An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Transition Manager to lead the diligence activities and the bringing together of Marymead Child & Family Centre and CatholicCare Canberra & Goulburn to become one new entity Marymead CatholicCare. We are looking for an experienced individual who excels in partnering and influencing in a fast paced and values driven environment.
The position will be integral to the success of this merger. The position will work closely with the Executive of both organisations and support both management and corporate teams to bring the two organisations together. This will include diligence activities and the development, implementation and execution of transition project plans.
Key deliverables include project planning, leading change, reviewing existing systems and implementing changes to align systems, with a focus on building efficiencies and enhancing capacity across the new entity. The successful applicant will lead changes that impacts upon organisational structure, roles, systems, people, capability and culture. Salary is negotiable for the right person depending on skills, experience and qualifications.
