CHOICES & Aged Care Program, based in O’Connor
This dynamic role will offer the successful applicant the opportunity to play an integral part of delivering quality services to Aged Care and NDIS Participants in the community. We are a passionate and supportive team with the shared purpose of delivering services which will improve the lives of those we support. Due to an increasing need for services, we are currently seeking an experienced Scheduling & Administration Worker who is able to start immediately. The Scheduling & Administration Worker is responsible for developing support worker rosters to ensure clients services and business requirements are effectively met. This role suits someone who has exceptional customer service skills and a friendly and efficient phone manner.
The Role
This position will work as part of a team to allocate support workers to clients who are living throughout the ACT and the Southern Highlands. The key function of the role is to create permanent rosters and manage the day-to-day filling of shifts within our in-home, community and residential services. This is a fast-paced environment where strong organisational, negotiation and people skills are imperative. Administrative aspects of the position include, taking and distributing meeting minutes, scheduling meetings on behalf of the management team, gathering and recording key documents from support workers and participating in reception duties. Hours of work are between 11am – 7pm Monday to Friday and availability for On Call during the week and weekend is required.
