Join a team of social workers, counsellors and psychologists committed to providing evidence based therapeutic counselling and group work interventions to individuals, couples and families. Key focus areas include family dynamics, relationships and family law matters as well as providing school counselling support to Catholic schools in the region. Reporting to the Manager of Counselling Services and/or Manager of Student and Family Counselling, you will be providing therapeutic counselling to Individuals of all ages, Couples, Families and Carers. You will also be providing student and family counselling. Student and Family counsellors are an integral part of a school’s pastoral care program and will work with students, families and school staff to build safety, recovery, relationships and resilience for a child / young person’s social, emotional and educational wellbeing In addition, your duties may include (but not be limited to):
