This flexible role will offer successful applicants the opportunity deliver a valuable service to Aged Care and NDIS Participants in the community. The CHOICES & Aged Care Services are a passionate and supportive team with the shared purpose of delivering services that will improve the lives of those we support. We are currently seeking to recruit a number of Community Cleaners who are able to start immediately. Community Cleaners will work independently to deliver in home domestic assistance to individuals in their homes. This role suited to someone who has exceptional customer service skills, is friendly and has good attention to detail.
As a Cleaner within the CHOICES & Aged Care Services, you will be required to provide ‘domestic assistance’ to individuals with a disability, psychosocial disability or who are aged, in their own homes. The type of service delivered may range from vacuuming and mopping to cleaning bathrooms and toilets. Each shift will be different depending on the individual needs of the person.
Cleaning shifts range in duration from 1 - 2 hours depending on need and require Cleaners to travel between clients homes using their own vehicle. Cleaners will work on their own so will be required to hold a Working with Vulnerable People Card prior to starting in the role.
