CHOICES Program Manager

We are currently seeking a Program Manager to work within CatholicCare’s CHOICES Services. We are looking for someone with a commitment and understanding of person centered care and has a track record of working collaboratively with their team to enhance consumer and service outcomes. This role is responsible for the oversight of services delivered to individuals with either a disability and/or a mental illness receiving support through a range of programs, including but not limited to the CHOICES (NDIS Services), Community Assistance and Support Program (CASP) and Partners in Recovery (PIR). The Role You will provide support and leadership to a group of skilled Support Coordinators and Support Workers who provide a range of high quality services, information and support to our consumers. The individuals we support live either within their home in the community or at The Lodge, a residential service for men situated in Ainslie Village. The Program Manager will ensure compliance with program contractual requirements, this includes individual service agreements with participants as well as government contracts and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within both the disability and mental health sectors.   • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Community Services
  • Knowledge and understanding of the disability and/or mental health sector, knowledge of the NDIS is desirable
  • Knowledge and experience in change management, specifically in terms of reviewing programs and implementing new systems and processes
  • Ability to liaise and advocate with various stakeholders
  • Highly developed problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated capacity for sound work organisation and effective use of time
You will also be required to undergo a National Police Check. To be considered for this role you will be also required to hold:
  • a current drivers licence, and
  • a Working with Vulnerable People Card
