Administration and quality assurance role with competitive salary and benefits Full Time position The CHOICES & Aged Care Administrative Assistant position provides an opportunity for someone with great organisation and time management skills to support the portfolio in achieving great outcomes. The role will work within a structured environment to support the portfolio behind the scenes to streamline process and increase efficiencies and to monitor the quality of our client services. We are currently seeking  a CHOICES & Aged Care Administrative Assistant to work across the CHOICES & Aged Care Portfolio to assist with a range of administrative duties and processes. The Role This is a new position which has been created to provide administrative support to meet new operational requirements under the NDIS and Aged Care reforms. Some examples of the required duties include, utilise existing tracking systems to monitor and update the portfolio on Service Agreement review dates, assist with scheduling Support Worker Performance Appraisals and meetings, assist with quality assurance duties, processing Support Worker time and travel sheets.   • Is highly organised and has great time management skills
  • Has a high level of computer literacy and experience in using software to manage information and data
  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills
You will be required to undergo a National Police Check. To be considered for this role you will be also required to hold:
  • a current drivers licence, and
  • a Working with Vulnerable People Card
