Reconnect Central West (RCW) is based in regional southern NSW and provides outreach support to young people aged 12-18 and their families in Young, Boorowa, Canowindra, Grenfell, Molong, West Wyalong and surrounding areas. This means we can come to you and meet in a place where you feel most comfortable; be it your home, your community, school or work.
RCW Youth Workers support young people to achieve their goals. RCW also provides local and outreach group work programs during holiday periods to maintain engagement and provide social and educational (including creative) opportunities for young people often experiencing isolation.
